I am a graduate of the Eastwest Somatics Institute for Dance & Movement Therapy having studied with Sondra Fraleigh for several years. ISMETA has granted me the designation of RSMT - Registered Somatic Movement Therapist.
My somatic sessions explore the healing power of of intuitive, intentional movement from the perspective of breath, sensation, groundedness, and finally the creativity of one's individual movement.
